Each condition has been purposely selected to give you the very best balance between cosmetics & affordability, from the highest grade to our best value options. Plus they all have a minimum of 80% battery health, which is higher than most manufacturers.
Premium
A fully tested, certified refurbished device in near-new condition, both cosmetically and functionally. The device shows minimal to no signs of previous use, with only the faintest traces of wear, if any. All components are verified to be original, and the battery health is at a minimum of 90%, ensuring long-lasting performance. This is the best condition we offer, as close to new as you can get, with the device in perfect working order.
Excellent
A fully tested, certified refurbished device in almost pristine cosmetic condition. The body may have 1-2 tiny scratches or scuffs that are only noticeable under close inspection (around 20cm or more), while the screen remains flawless with no scratches or blemishes from any distance. The device is in perfect working order and has been carefully looked after, ready for a fresh start.
Very Good
A fully tested, certified refurbished device in very good cosmetic condition, with light signs of previous use. The body may have faint scratches or scuffs, visible only when viewed from around 50cm or closer. The screen remains spotless with no visible scratches or blemishes from any distance. Despite the minor wear, the device is in perfect working order.
Good
A fully tested, certified refurbished device in good cosmetic condition, showing noticeable signs of previous use. The body may have visible scratches or scuffs that don’t impact the device’s reliability or performance. The screen may have some minor scratches or blemishes, though they are minimal and hardly noticeable when the device is in use. The device is in perfect working order and has a story to tell, deserving of a second life.
Working
A fully tested, certified refurbished device in working cosmetic condition, showing heavy signs of a well-lived past. The body may carry noticeable scratches, scuffs or dents, and could include a chip to the screen or a chip or crack to the rear glass. These marks are purely cosmetic and don't affect how the device performs day to day. The screen remains fully responsive and clear to use, and every device is confirmed to be in perfect working order.
Add a brand new battery
